Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SkywardTech's website, cloud consulting services, software development, and SaaS products (the "Services").

1. Services Provided

SkywardTech provides cloud migration, DevOps, artificial intelligence implementation, and custom software development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreements (SLA) executed with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

When utilizing our cloud migration or DevOps services, clients must ensure they have full legal rights to the data and systems being accessed. You are responsible for maintaining secure backups of your data prior to the commencement of any technical services.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement, SkywardTech retains all intellectual property rights to pre-existing code, frameworks, proprietary SaaS applications (e.g., TeamSynk), and internal tools used to deliver our services.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkywardTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of our services; (ii) system downtime, server failures, or third-party cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) outages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the executing SkywardTech entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
